Activating regional innovation clusters is tricky. We have developed a process for activiating clusters. Here are two examples. 

The first example: The Milwaukee Water Council. Four months after a Strategic Doing workshop in July 2008, our colleagues at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee illustrated how assets within Southeast Wisconsin could be "linked and leveraged",

The second is the Space Coast Energy Consortium, which emerged after a set of Strategic Doing workshops in Summer 2010.
